Reducing Ontario's debt to a manageable level is something we need to prioritize in the legislature. In order to make this work we need to attacks on multiple levels at the same time. Sounds challenging, but we found the one CPA willing to take on this challenge - Ryan Kagan, CPA, CA. We decided that getting a licensed public accountant to help would be something different, something better...
Ryan is a thoroughbred accountant with both his mother and father being licensed public accountants. Ryan is a young 33 year old father of four children. He is the Managing Partner at Vision CPA and the director of Albatross Cloud Systems Inc and Pai Skincare Canada Limited. He has an incredible ability to complete extreme and challenging levels of work in a high stress environment. He has turned many companies in the face of bankruptcy around and kept them employing citizens of Ontario. He has been involved through his professional roles in creation of more than a 1000 jobs in Ontario.
Now let's get back to our plan of attack this is anything, but simple. We have founded our plan around our core principals of common sense.
Firstly, by starting a 'Wastebuster program' through getting the community of Ontario involved is going to be key success factor for us to be able to reduce our deficit. Through opening channels for citizens of Ontario to report wastage in our government and being responsive is the very first step to success. We can't take this on alone, but together we can move mountains. We will do our part and reduce all wasteful spending at the top, for example, an immediate halt on all advertising by government through television. This current practice is archaic, inefficient and an unnecessary waste of taxpayer funds - this behaviour and lack of care towards the citizens of Ontario needs to be stopped.
Re-engineering health care in a manner we can reduce the costs and improve the quality of service. Our party believe that it starts with preventative care, through supporting and including Naturopathic Doctors in our government care we believe that we will reduce spending and improve the quality of our medical care here in Ontario. In theory a Naturopathic Doctor makes on average $87,750 and a Medical Doctor earns on average $197,708. We currently have a shortage of MD in Ontario. If we enable coverage for Naturopathic Doctors we could increase our coverage of services, provide an alternative to big pharmaceutical to the citizens of Ontario, and this could lead to reduced costs alongside an increased level of service for health care in Ontario, most importantly help us reduce our debt to a manageable level.
We need to focus our efforts in promoting manufacturing and increasing our Ontario Work Force. Through enabling fast track programs for high school students to become skilled workers, reducing the cost of education in high school and replacing that cost with the cost of training high school students to become employable sooner. This will foster a rapid growth of employable skilled workers to fill our future manufacturing jobs.
At the same time we are going to eliminate carbon tax immediately and re-visit income taxes and reduce personal and corporate income taxes in Ontario to encourage companies to make Ontario their place of employment. In exchange, we plan to increase this income stream for the province with increased excise taxes on the supply of products that could otherwise be produced in Ontario. Reducing our deficit and making our Ontario producers the more desirable choice and enforcing their ability to be successful and in turn create more great jobs for our community.
We plan on fostering government co-signed loans for small businesses to finance the cost of employment, currently we do not have sufficient support from Banks to finance the employment of labourers in the start up operations for manufacturers. We plan to have a government co-signed loan in order to enable the financing through all major financial institutions in Ontario as an incentive and an increased capacity to the community to finance the start up of labour costs to new manufacturer's in Ontario.
If we are going to reduce our deficit there isn't one thing that we will have to do, there are multiple avenues we need to proceed and all at the same time. We realize that as a political party we are limited by the community that supports us. For us to make a difference we need your help, start by giving us your vote! Let us conduct Ontario's symphony to success!!!
